I started back running a few weeks ago as some of you already know.  Since I moved I have a new place I like to run, well actually where tons of people run, fish, and go in the water to pick up shellfish ect.  Anyways today was beautiful out so I rode out to do a nice run.  Nothing too long today thats why I rode the scooter.  If I ride there and just run the path its exactly 2 miles, which is good enough.  I was running from my house and that comes out to about 4 miles.  I can run it all but I kinda felt like I was over-doing it so I'm not going to do that all the time.  I don't want to get hurt again lol



You can see Yokosuka and Yokohama all along the coast.  Also You can see Tokyo when its clear and of course Chiba too :  )


I run down this path down towards the tip of the peninsula, not all the way down but pretty close.

  1. That run looks amazing. I just run the two mile path here on base.

    Two miles isn't going to hurt you as long as you stretch, eat right, and hydrate. I was running two to four miles a day last summer and felt great. Never got hurt or anything.

  2. Yea true Snoddy but I do have a metal plate and 8 screws in my ankle from breaking it. After running a while it starts to get pretty sore sometimes.

  3. nice but id prefer to be down there fishing and trying to get some shell fish lol. Thats just me and naturally wanting food.

  4. ya i know jordan haha.. actually id like to be fishing or gathering shells too but i know i wont cool any of it lol.. be cool to chill though if i had someone else to do it with
