So on the walk to the beach from the station you cross a small bridge. If you look over there is usual a small school of Koi fish eagerly awaiting handout or whatever falls from aside. I snapped a few quick pics from the phone. It's always neat to see something like this just in random ditches/waterways throughout the city because its so unexpected :)

Tonight I set out to try some sort of affordable new dining before going to the grocery store; grocery shopping hungry is never a good idea. I buy everything that looks good at the time and then after eating one of the things I find myself wondering why I purchased the others lol. So anyways I decided on this place called Pepper Lunch (maybe peppered.. i cant remember lol). So this is another small restaurant where you pick your meal from a machine and pay there, kind of like a vending machine, and then it gives you a ticket. Hand the ticket to the cook and no more than 2 minutes later I had a plate of sizzling steak, rice curry topping, corn, and a handful of sauces to choose from. The steak is thrown on a burning hot plate and you basically cook it right there in your seat, it is freshly thrown on so you let it sit until you liking, while the center of the plate isn't near as hot, so your rice and other things stay hot, but don't burn. It was delicious I have to say, cant get mu better of a meal during the evening for ¥700.
